为充分发挥垃圾焚烧发电在城市乡村环境卫生治理中的重要作用,分析了我国垃圾处理现状。垃圾焚烧发电对促进城市乡村环境卫生治理具有重要意义,其有利于实现废物资源再利用,有利于改善城市乡村环境卫生面貌,有利于解决垃圾污染问题。对规范化、环保化焚烧垃圾发电提出了建议:运行管理专业化,投资形式多样化,从生活垃圾回收源头入手,通过运输、处理、综合利用等多个环节,使垃圾焚烧发电成为经济实惠、性价比高的生活垃圾处理方式,以获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

In order to give full play to the important role of waste incineration power generation in urban and rural environmental sanitation treatment,the current situation of waste treatment in China was analyzed.Waste incineration power generation is of great significance to promote urban and rural environmental sanitation treatment.It is conducive to the reuse of waste resources,improve the appearance of urban and rural environmental sanitation,and solve the problem of waste pollution.Suggestions are put forward for standardized and environmentally friendly waste incineration power generation,i.e.professional operation management and diversified investment forms.Starting from the source of domestic waste recycling,waste incineration power generation will become an economical and cost-effective domestic waste treatment method through transportation,treatment and comprehensive utilization,so as to obtain good economic and social benefits.
