Quality Control and Management of Water Environment Monitoring

为解决水资源污染问题,做好水环境监测工作,分析了水环境监测的主要内容,即地表水监测和地下水监测。指出了水环境监测的重要作用及存在的问题:缺少完善的管理制度,缺少对水环境的全面监测,缺少先进的监测技术,缺少对水环境监测的监督。提出了提高水环境监测质量的措施:科学采集监测样本,建立全面的监测系统,加大对水环境监测的资金投入,加强对水环境保护的宣传,以提高监测质量,为污染治理提供准确的数据支持。

In order to solve the problem of water resources pollution and do well in water environment monitoring,the main contents of water environment monitoring,namely surface water monitoring and groundwater monitoring are analyzed.The important role and existing problems of water environment monitoring are pointed out,i.e.lack of perfect management system,lack of comprehensive monitoring of water environment,lack of advanced monitoring technology and lack of supervision of water environment monitoring.The measures to improve the quality of water environment monitoring are put forward,i.e.to scientifically collect monitoring samples,establish a comprehensive monitoring system,increase the capital investment in water environment monitoring,and strengthen the publicity of water environment protection,so as to improve the monitoring quality and provide accurate data support for pollution control.
