摘要
某炼油厂催化装置2#主风机组电机开停工运行过程中一直存在振动过大的问题。通过振动频谱分析,判断电机振动过大的原因是转子动平衡不良。由于该电机体积较大、现场解体空间不足,导致转子无法抽出,不能上动平衡机进行平衡校正。因此采用现场动平衡的方法对电机转子进行平衡校正,经过平衡方案的确定、振动数据采集分析和计算、添加配重,最终解决了电机动平衡不良的振动问题。
The vibration of the motor of the 2#blower of a catalytic unit in a refinery was always too large during the startup and shutdown periord.Through vibration spectrum analysis,the cause of excessive vibration of motor was judged to be poor dynamic balance of rotor.Due to the large size of the motor,there was no room for site disintegration,which made the rotor fail to be drawn out,or conducted the correction and drilling balancing on the dynamic balancing machine.Therefore,the field dynamic balancing method was used to correct the balance of the motor rotor,and finally solve the vibration problem of poor balance of electric motor through the determination of the balance scheme,vibration data collection analysis and calculation,add counterweight.
