摘要
采用Petro-SIM流程模拟软件对某厂催化汽油加氢装置进行模拟计算,利用模拟数据提出了节能优化方案。结果表明:所建模型模拟值与实际生产操作情况基本吻合。通过对换热网络模拟优化,分馏塔塔底重沸炉热负荷可降3.9%,节约燃料气成本151万元/a。对分馏塔降压的模拟优化,分馏塔塔顶压力降低0.1 MPa时,分馏塔塔底重沸炉热负荷降低了5.7%,节约燃料气费用1898.4万元/a。
Petro-SIM process simulation software was used to simulate the calculation of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit in a plant,and put forward the energy saving optimization scheme by using the simulation data.The result showed that the simulated values of the model were consistent with the actual production operation.By optimizing the heat exchange network simulation,the heat load of the reboiler at the bottom of fractionator can be reduced by 3.9%,and the fuel gas cost can be saved by 151×10^(4) yuan per year.When the pressure at the top of the fractionator decreases by 0.1 MPa,the heat load of the reboiler at the bottom of the fractionator decreased by 5.7%,and the fuel gas cost was saved by 1898.4×10^(4) yuan/a.
