摘要
针对某石化公司热网系统能耗大难以解决的实际问题,采取了高温水间循环水互补、夏季用单站带多站运行、热媒替换、伴热汽改水、设备改造和变频调节等措施。通过优化供热网络、优化热源介质、优化设备性能、优化控制方式等应用实现了节能降耗,可节约能耗和物耗的费用约为1377万元/a。
For the heat network system of a petrochemical company,some measures had been taken,such as complementation of circulating water between high temperature water stations,replacement of high temperature water stations with condensate water stations in summer,replacement of heat medium,replacement of steam tracing with water,equipment transformation and variable frequency regulation.By optimizing heating network,heat source medium,equipment performance and control mode,energy saving and consumption reducing were realized,and the cost of energy and material consumption can be saved about 13.77 million yuan.
