京津冀协同发展背景下河北省高职院校教师专业发展研究

Professional Development of Vocational College Teachers in Hebei Province Based on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

职业教育是培养技术技能人才、促进就业创新、推动中国制造和服务水平的重要基础。本文从河北省高职院校教师的专业发展出发,分析出京津冀协同发展背景下河北省高职院校教师专业发展的内涵,探索河北省高职院校教师专业发展的现状,提出构建“五位一体”的高职院校教师专业发展体系。

Vocational education serves as an important basis for training technical and skilled personnel,promoting employment and innovation,and advancing the development of China's manufacturing and service sectors.This paper,based on the professional development of teachers at higher vocational colleges in Hebei province,analyzes the connotation of teachers'advancement under the background of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.It also explores these educators'current performance and builds a professional development system involving teachers,schools,governments,enterprises and the society.
