On the Labor Education of the Communist Party of China:The Theme Evolution and the Basic Logic(1921-2021)

中国共产党劳动教育历经百年,从新民主主义革命时期的革命宣传、生产实践,到社会主义革命和建设时期的劳动技能培训、大规模建设运动,从改革开放以来劳动教育与现代化素质教育的深度融合,到新时代大中小学劳动教育的有序推进、多措并举,中国共产党始终推动劳动教育与时俱进地融入中国革命、建设、改革的时代主题,培养一代又一代接续奋斗的劳动人才。这一百年历程,形塑和遵循了培养什么人、怎样培养人、围绕什么事业培养人的育人逻辑,彰显了中国共产党教育救国、教育立国、教育兴国的赤诚夙愿,确证了中国共产党领导中华民族站起来、富起来、强起来的不朽功勋。

The labor education of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has gone through a century.From the revolutionary publicity and production practice during the new democratic revolution to the labor skill training and large-scale construction movement during the socialist revolution and construction,from the deep integra⁃tion of labor education and modern education system since the reform and opening up to the orderly promotion of labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era,the CPC has continuously promoted labor education to keep pace with the times and integrate it into the theme of China’s revolution,construction and reform,and cultivate generation after generation of working talents.This 100-year course has shaped and fol⁃lowed the educational logic of what people to cultivate,how to cultivate people,and for what career to cultivate people,which demonstrated the CPC’s long cherished wish of saving,building and country through education,and proved the immortal feat of the CPC in leading the Chinese nation to stand up,become rich and strong.
