理想人格视域下时代新人培养方略论析

基于理想人格视角探究时代新人问题,有助于深刻认识时代新人在中国特色社会主义文化建设全局中的重要意义,进而明确时代新人培养方略。理想人格,承载着特定文化的基本精神,是特定时代道德规范的人格化表现,内含特定社会的人才标准。时代新人继承了中华优秀传统理想人格思想,孕育于近代中国理想人格的激烈转型过程之中,形成于中国共产党理想人格建构的历史实践中,正在成为当代中国理想人格的典型表述。理想人格视域下,时代新人的培养应从三个方面协同发力:一是在培育社会主义核心价值观的过程中培养时代新人,二是在加强公民道德建设过程中培养时代新人,三是在锻造社会主义有用人才过程中培养时代新人。时代新人的培养将显著裨益中国特色社会主义文化建设。

Discussion on the new generation in the era from the perspective of ideal personality helps to understand the significance of the new generation in the era for China’s overall socialist cultural development.Ideal personality carries the fundamental spirit of specific cultures,serves as the personalized cultural spirit for moral norms in specific times and contains qualified personnel standards for specific societies.The new generation in the era inherites Chinese excellent traditional ideal personality thought,and it’s bred in the fierce transformation of ideal personality in modern China,and it’s formed in the historical practice of the construction of ideal personality of the CPC.The new generation in the era is becoming the main expression for the Chinese ideal personality in the new era.From the perspective of ideal personality,the cultivation of the new generation in the era should be coordinated in three aspects.Firstly,cultivating the new generation in the era in the process of cultivating socialist core values.Secondly,fostering the new generation in the era in the process of strengthening the ethical construction.Thirdly,educating the new generation in the era in the process of educating useful socialist talents.Therefore,the cultivation of the new generation in the era will significantly promote China’s socialist cultural development.
