摘要
随着人工智能技术水平趋于纯熟,人工智能被运用于教学改革中已不再是梦想。近几年来,人工智能越来越普遍应用于教学活动,虚拟情境成为育人活动的新阵地。教育活动越来越多地在虚拟情境场域中开展,各种不确定性的因素也随之而产生。人工智能撼动了大家对教育的最初认知、理解和运用,在当今时代背景下作为教育工作者有必要重新思考人工智能时代教育的存在方式。医学院校因其培育人才的特殊性,在人工智能时代的教学改革也面临着坚守与创新的双重选择。我们既要坚守着教育目标的育人功能、学习动机的激发与维持以及教师角色的"平等中的首席";也须重塑着学习环境的创新、教学方式的创新以及评价机制的创新。尽管人工智能时代医学生所坚守的信念与价值并未改变,但是,信息技术已成为高等教育变革的助推器。混合学习是对坚守与创新最好的诠释,也是未来教育的发展方向,它能够让更多学习者享有公平、有质量的教育资源,让每个人都能获得适合自己的终身学习机会。
With the development of artificial intelligence(AI),it is no longer a dream for AI to be applied in teaching reform.In recent years,AI has been more and more widely used in teaching activities,virtual situation has become a new front in education activities.Educational activities are carried out more and more in the virtual environment,along with various uncertain factors are generated accordingly.AI has shaken our initial cognition,understanding and application of education,it is necessary for educators to rethink the position of education in the AI era.Because of the particularity of cultivating talents for medical schools,they need to make a choice between adhering to or innovating in the teaching reform of the AI era.It is not only for us to insist educational function within education aim,stimulation and maintainance of learning motivation,and"equal in the first"for teachers’role,but also reshaping innovation of learning environment,teaching method and evaluation mechanism.Eventhogh we are clearly aware that the beliefs and values held by medical students will not change in the AI era,and information technology has only become a driving force for transformation of higher education.Mixed learning will be the best explaination for insistance and inovation,as well as future direction of education,it will provide equal,high-quality education resourcesand for more and more learners,let everyone obtain lifelong learning opportunities.
