基于微课的翻转课堂模式在创伤骨科教学中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂模式在医学生创伤骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年7月—2019年11月滨州医学院60名大五实习医学生随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30人。对照组采用传统教学方法,学生们参加科室组织的小讲座和病例讨论,以创伤骨科教师授课为主;试验组采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学方法,课前制作多媒体课件,录制相关视频,分享相关资料,课堂上回顾学生存在的问题,课后带教老师及时总结教学中的薄弱环节,对存在的问题持续改进。以自我评价和出科考核两种形式对学生进行测评。结果试验组学生对骨折理解程度、骨科专业兴趣和自主学习能力三个方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组实习学生在医患沟通能力方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组学生出科考试成绩比较:试验组学生理论成绩和操作成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式能大幅提高创伤骨科临床教学效果,培养实习生对骨科基本知识产生浓厚兴趣,提升学生的自主学习能力。 Objectives To explore the application effect of flipped classroom model based on micro class in clinical teaching of trauma orthopedics for medical students.Methods Sixty fifth year intern medical students of Binzhou Medical University from July 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 students in each group.In the control group,traditional teaching methods were used.Students participated in small lectures and case discussions organized by the Department,mainly taught by trauma orthopedic teachers;The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method based on micro class.Before class,it made multimedia courseware,recorded relevant videos,shared relevant materials,reviewed the students’problems in class,and the teachers summarized the weak links in teaching in time after class,so as to continuously improve the existing problems.Students are evaluated in the form of selfevaluation and graduation examination.Results The students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of fracture understanding,orthopedic professional interest and autonomous learning ability(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in doctor-patient communication ability between the two groups(P>0.05);Comparison between the two groups:the theoretical and operational scores of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-lecture can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect of orthopedics of trauma orthopedics,improve the interns’interest in traumatic orthopedics knowledge,and enhance the students’autonomous learning ability.
