远程示教联合教学法在口腔内科教学的应用 被引量:2

Application of Combined Teaching Modes With Stomatological Clinical Demonstration System in Oral Medicine Teaching

摘要 目的探索在口腔临床远程摄像示教系统辅助下的联合教学模式在口腔内科教学中的应用效果。方法以本校2018级口腔医学专业1、2班学生为研究对象,实验组以远程示教系统辅助下的联合教学法进行授课,对照组以传统讲授法进行授课,比较两组理论考核成绩及对教学效果的评价。结果实验组的客观选择题平均得分与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而病例分析题目的平均得分为(26.79±4.22)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组总分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组对教学效果满意度的评价总分为(89.58±4.25)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其中主要表示在学习效果和交流互动方面更为满意(P<0.05),而对于教学组织与管理和教学过程两方面的评价,两组得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过远程示教系统辅助的联合教学模式能有效提高教学效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of combined teaching modes with stomatological clinical demonstration system in oral medicine teaching.Methods Students of class 1 and 2 of 2018 Stomatological Department of Zhaoqing Medical College as the research objects.The experimental group conducted the lecture with the combined teaching method assisted by the stomatological clinical demonstration system.The control group conducted the lecture with the traditional teaching method.The two teaching method was evaluated by theoretical examinations and questionnaires.Results There was no significant difference in the average score of objective multiple-choice questions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but the average score of case analysis was(26.79±4.22)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total score of the experimental group was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of satisfaction with teaching effect in the experimental group was(89.58±4.25)points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),mainly indicating that it was more satisfied with learning effect and communication and interaction(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of teaching organization and management and teaching process(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect can be effectively improved through the combined teaching mode assisted by the stomatological clinical demonstration system.
