摘要
目的探讨儿科人才培养的影响因素,为未来儿科人才培养提供改革方向。方法随机选取本院儿科住院医师及本科生各50名,住院医师根据专业背景分为儿科专业和非儿科专业,儿科系本科生和临床专业本科生。分别比较两组研究对象基础知识、专业知识、临床技能等方面的差异。结果儿科专业背景住院医师专业知识(90.84±3.3)分明显高于非儿科专业(79.56±3.63)分,P<0.05。而儿科专业科研能力(73.40±7.18)分略低于非儿科专业(78.00±6.45)分,P<0.05。儿科系本科生基础知识(79.36±3.84)分低于临床医学专业(81.96±4.47)分,P<0.05。而临床思维(84.96±4.94)分高于临床医学专业(81.48±5.31)分,P<0.05。结论儿科专业背景住院医师专业知识优于非儿科专业,但科研能力稍差。儿科系本科生基础知识略差于临床专业,而临床思维优于临床专业本科生。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of pediatric talent training and provide reform direction for pediatric talent training in the future.Methods A total of 50 pediatric residents and 50 undergraduate students were randomly selected.According to their professional background,they were divided into pediatric major and nonpediatric major,Department of Pediatrics undergraduate and clinical major undergraduate.The differences in basic knowledge,professional knowledge and clinical skills between the two groups were compared.Results The professional knowledge of residents(90.84±3.3)points was significantly higher than that of non-pediatrics(79.56±3.63)points,P<0.05.The scientific research ability of pediatric specialty(73.4±7.18)points was slightly lower than that of non-pediatric specialty(78.0±6.45)points,P<0.05.The basic knowledge of pediatric undergraduates(79.36±3.84)points was lower than that of clinical medicine(81.96±4.47)points,P<0.05.The clinical thinking(84.96±4.94)points was higher than that of clinical medicine(81.48±5.31)points,P<0.05.Conclusion The professional knowledge of residents in pediatric specialty is better than that of non-pediatric specialty,but their scientific research ability is slightly poor.The basic knowledge of pediatric undergraduates is slightly worse than that of clinical majors,and the clinical thinking is better than that of clinical undergraduates.
