摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜手术视频经采集编辑后应用于胸外伤急诊短期培训的效果。方法选取医院急诊医护人员84名,随机分为视频教学组44人以及病例教学组40人,统计学分析包括自我评分、考试成绩在内的教学指标。结果统计学结果,视频组自我评分三项指标得分:对专业兴趣(8.73±0.47)分,医患沟通能力(9.00±0.63)分,教师授课辅助方式(9.27±0.47)分,分别高于病例组的(8.18±0.40)分,(8.27±0.65)分,(8.64±0.50)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。理论考试成绩,视频组的(83±23)分亦高于病例组的(71±27)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用和编辑胸腔镜视频应用于胸外伤培训取得了一定效果。
Objective To explore the effect of the video of thoracoscopic surgery after acquisition and editing applied to the short-term training of chest trauma emergency department.Methods Eighty-four hospital emergency medical staff were selected and randomly divided into a video teaching group of 44 people and a case teaching group of 40 people,statistically Analysis of teaching indicators including self-ratings and examination results.Results Statistically,the video group scored on three indicators of self-ratings:interest in the profession 8.73±0.47,doctorpatient communication 9.00±0.63 for competency and 9.27±0.47 for teacher-assisted instruction,respectively,higher than the case group’s(8.18±0.40)points,(8.27±0.65)points,and(8.64±0.50)points with statistical differences(P<0.05).The theoretical examination score,(83±23)points in the video group was also higher than(71±27)points in the case group,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The use and editing of thoracoscopic video for thoracic trauma training has achieved some results.
