复苏团队模拟培训对规范化培训生的效果研究

Effect of Simulation Training of Resuscitation Team for Residents Under Standardized Residency Training

目的分析探讨对规培生复苏团队实施模拟培训的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—12月,本院96名急诊科轮转的规培生作为研究对象,并将同期规培生合理划分为4人一组的复苏团队,且均接受模拟培训,对比其培训前后的心肺复苏治疗效果。结果对比各组复苏团队培训前后各项急救复苏措施落实情况、急救复苏效果,对比各规培生培训前后各项考核成绩,与培训前相对比,各组复苏团队经培训后各项急救复苏措施落实情况更好,所需的静脉通道建立时间、复苏药物给入时间、首次按压开始时间、首次电除颤时间、复苏完成时间更短,急救复苏效果更好,各规培生经培训后的理论成绩、实操能力、临床思维、团队协作、个人综合评估等考核成绩更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科室规培生实施复苏团队模拟培训,可有效提升其复苏急救技能,提升其整体的考核评估分数,使其能在较短时间内对心搏骤停患者实施心肺复苏急救措施,提升心搏骤停患者的生存机率。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of simulated training on the resuscitation team of regular students.Methods A total of 96 emergency department trainees were selected from January to December 2019,and were divided into 4-person resuscitation team and trained by simulation,the effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation before and after training were compared.Results The implementation of emergency resuscitation measures and the effect of emergency resuscitation before and after the training were compared among the resuscitation teams in each group.The assessment results before and after the training were compared.Compared with before training,the implementation of emergency resuscitation measures of each resuscitation team in each group was better after training,and the required venous channel establishment time,resuscitation drug injection time,first pressing start time and first electric removal were compared The results showed that the first aid resuscitation effect was better and the theoretical scores,practical ability,clinical thinking,team cooperation and individual comprehensive evaluation of the trainees were better after training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The simulation training of resuscitation team for emergency department students can effectively improve their resuscitation first aid skills,improve their overall assessment scores,and enable them to carry out CPR first aid measures for patients with cardiac arrest in a relatively short time,to improve the survival rate of patients with cardiac arrest.
