医学院校心理危机管理课程建设探讨

摘要 随着社会快速发展和新信息时代的来临,大学生心理压力也随之剧增,医学院校的医学生既有大学生心理发展共性趋势,又有其职业定向的独特性。很多医疗事件对医学生情绪影响较大,尤其是对自己的未来职业风险极度担心和忧虑。而且医学专业学生学习量大,且课程内容丰富紧凑,医学生在日常生活中的心理状态可能会因为各种舆论或者学业政策等的改变而出现危机或不稳定的情况,所以医学生对心理危机自我管理的需求是稳定而持续的。因此,在校期间就对医学生进行心理危机管理教育可以从源头上纾解医学生的心理问题,加速推进心理危机管理课程建设工作也显得尤为重要。文章利用文献综述法和分层讨论法从医学生特征出发对心理危机管理课程建设进行了探讨。 With the rapid development of society and the advent of the new information age,the psychological pressure of college students also increases dramatically.Medical students have not only the general trend of psychological development of college students,but also their unique career orientation.Many medical events have a great impact on medical students’mood,especially for their future occupation risks.Moreover,medical students have a large amount of learning,and the course content is rich and compact.The psychological state of medical students in daily life may appear crisis or instability due to the changes of various public opinions or academic policies.Therefore,medical students’demand for self-management of psychological crisis is stable and sustained.Therefore,it is very important to carry out psychological crisis management education for medical students in school to fundamentally relieve the psychological problems and accelerate the construction of psychological crisis management curriculum.This paper discusses the construction of psychological crisis management course based on the characteristics of medical students by literature review and hierarchical discussion.
