寒喘祖帕颗粒联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂对AECOPD的治疗疗效

Effect of Hanchuan Zupa Granules Combined with Budesonide Formoterol Rehabilitation Agent on AECOPD

目的:探讨分析寒喘祖帕颗粒与布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合用药对AECOPD的治疗疗效。方法:本研究选取2020年3月—2021年2月份在本院急诊科及呼吸科住院的且符合纳入标准及排除标准的慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者76例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各38例患者,对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗;研究组在对照组基础上加用寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗。观察分析研究组和对照组患者在治疗前后的相关肺功能(FEV1以及FEV1%)、血气功能指标(PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2))及患者治疗满意度情况。结果:研究组患者的FEV1以及FEV1%均明显高于对照组;在经过治疗后,研究组患者的PaO_(2)水平明显高于对照组,PaCO_(2)水平明显低于对照组;研究组的治疗效果满意率明显高于对照组其P值<0.05,差异具有统计学上的意义。结论:寒喘祖帕颗粒与布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合用药后,对AECOPD治疗疗效较为优良且确切,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of Hanchuan Zupa granules and budesonide formoterol inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD.Methods:This study selected 76 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were hospitalized in the emergency department and respiratory department of our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were divided according to the random number table.For the study group and the control group,each group had 38 patients.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation;the study group was treated with Hanchuan Zupa granules on the basis of the control group.Observe and analyze the relevant lung function(FEV1 and FEV1%),blood gas function indexes(PaO_(2),PaCO_(2))and patient satisfaction with treatment before and after treatment in the study group and control group.Results:The FEV1 and FEV1%of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group;after treatment,the PaO_(2) level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO_(2) level was significantly lower than that of the control group;the satisfactory rate of the treatment effect of the study group was obvious The P value is higher than that of the control group<0.05,and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of Hanchuan Zupa Granules and budesonide formoterol inhalation has an excellent and accurate therapeutic effect on AECOPD,and has high clinical application value,which is worthy of further promotion.
