期待疗法治疗未足月胎膜早破对宫内感染及疗效的影响

Effect of Anticipatory Therapy on Premature Rupture of Fetal Membranes on Intrauterine Infection and Curative Effect

目的:探究期待疗法对未足月胎膜早破的临床治疗效果以及对宫内感染发生率的影响。方法:此文选取80例对本研究知情的未足月胎膜早破产妇,产妇在2018年2月到2020年2月期间经我院确诊并收治,本研究以先对比、后分析的形式展开,将送院当天需终止妊娠的产妇40例纳入对照组,其余40例产妇纳入研究组。对照组产妇行终止妊娠治疗,研究组产妇行期待疗法,观察两组产妇,产后的出血量、感染情况。两组产妇分娩方式。新生儿体重、Apgar评分、呼吸窘迫综合症(RDS)、脑室内出血情况。结果:对照组孕产妇产后的出血量、宫内感染率显著高于研究组患者(P<0.05);组间阴道分娩率无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组新生儿体重、Apgar评分与对照组无差异(P>0.05);对照组RDS、脑室内出血发生率高于研究组,差异显著且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于未足月胎膜早破产妇的治疗来说,期待疗法的展开可获得理想效果,可有效降低宫内感染的发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of anticipatory therapy on premature rupture of fetal membranes and the impact on the incidence of intrauterine infection.Methods:In this article,80 cases of women with premature premature bankruptcy who were aware of the study were selected.The women were diagnosed and admitted to our hospital between February 2018 and February 2020.This study was conducted by comparison and analysis.40 women who needed to terminate pregnancy on the day of hospitalization were included in the control group,and the remaining 40 women were included in the study group.The pregnant women in the control group underwent pregnancy termination treatment,and the pregnant women in the research group underwent expectant therapy to observe the postpartum hemorrhage and infection in the two groups.The delivery methods of the two groups of women.Neonatal weight,Apgar score,respiratory distress syndrome(RDS),intraventricular hemorrhage.Results:The postpartum hemorrhage and intrauterine infection rate of the control group were significantly higher than those of the study group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the vaginal delivery rate between the groups(P>0.05);the newborn weight and Apgar score of the study group There was no difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05);the incidence of RDS and intraventricular hemorrhage in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of women with premature rupture of fetal membranes,it is expected that the development of therapies can achieve the desired results and can effectively reduce the incidence of intrauterine infections.
