摘要
壁流式蜂窝陶瓷因具有耐高温、耐腐蚀等优良性能,可应用于工业高温含尘烟气净化。本文设计了一套高温含尘烟气发生装置、过滤性能和反吹洗再生性能测试装置,研究了烟气参数和顶膜对壁流式蜂窝陶瓷在高温环境下的过滤性能和再生性能的影响。结果表明:随气体流速增大,过滤压力呈线性增加,当流速为1.88 cm/s时,涂膜后过滤压力为437 Pa,比未涂膜过滤压力的375 Pa高16.8%;随温度增大过滤压力增大,从20℃上升至432℃,压降从470 Pa升高到1080 Pa,且温度越高增长速率越快;未涂膜壁流式蜂窝陶瓷随着过滤时间延长,反吹洗再生效果越来越差,过滤压力不断增大,且出口细粉尘颗粒较多,过滤性能较差;涂膜后的壁流式蜂窝陶瓷在连续运行3000 min内用0.4 MPa的反吹压力进行测试,其再生效果好,系统具有较稳定过滤压力,且涂膜后过滤效率达99.9%,证明顶膜的应用使其具有很好过滤性能和再生性能。
Wall-flow honeycomb ceramics can be applied to industrial high-temperature dusty flue gas purification because of their excellent properties such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.In this paper,we designed a high-temperature dusty flue gas generation device,filtration performance and backwash regeneration performance testing device,and studied the influence of flue gas parameters and top film on the filtration performance and regeneration performance of wall-flow honeycomb ceramics under high temperature environment.The results show that the filtration pressure increases line-arly with the increase of gas flow rate,when the flow rate is 1.88 cm/s,the filtration pressure after coating is 437 Pa,which is 16.8%higher than the uncoated filtration pressure of 375 Pa;the filtration pressure increases with the increase of temperature,from 20℃ to 432℃,the pressure drop increases from 470 Pa to 1080 Pa,and the higher the temperature the faster the growth rate;the uncoated wall flow honeycomb ceramics with filtration time extension,back-blowing wash regeneration effect is getting worse,the filtration pressure is increasing,and the export of fine dust particles more,poor filtration performance;coated wall flow honeycomb ceramics in continuous operation of 3000 min with 0.4 MPa back-blowing pressure test,its regeneration effect is good,the system has a more stable filtration pressure,and the filtration efficiency of 99.9%after coating.It proves that the application of top membrane makes it have good filtration performance and regeneration performance.
