失效汽车催化剂精炼渣中铂族金属的碱焙烧富集 被引量:6

Study on enrichment of platinum group metals in refining residue of spent automobile catalysts by alkali roasting

摘要 针对难溶解的失效汽车尾气净化催化剂精炼渣,采用碱焙烧-水浸工艺去除渣中的硅和铝,使铂钯铑得到富集。考察了碱用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、料层厚度和水浸温度等因素对精炼渣溶解率的影响。结果表明,当碱料比1:1、焙烧温度650℃、焙烧时间3 h、料层厚度4 cm、水浸温度70℃时,精炼渣溶解达到90%以上,富集渣中铂族金属品位提高10倍。 The process of alkali roasting-leaching was used to remove silicon and aluminum matrix in the spent automobile exhaust catalyst refining residue which was difficult to dissolve,so that platinum,palladium and rhodium were enriched.The effects of alkali dosage,roasting temperature,roasting time,material layer thickness and leaching temperature on the dissolution rate of refining residue were investigated.The results showed that the dissolution rate of the refining residue was more than 90%with a 1:1 ratio of alkali to material,a roasting temperature of 650℃,3 h roasting time,4 cm of roasting thickness,and 70℃of water leaching temperature,and that the content of platinum group metals in refining residue was increased by 10 times at the optimum conditions.
