摘要
2008年的全球金融危机对中国经济造成了很大的冲击,一些城市在遭遇危机时受到了重创,从此萎靡不振,另一些城市则逆向反弹,表现出韧性增长的态势。那么是什么因素影响了不同城市的经济韧性,又如何放大中国经济韧性强、后劲足的优势,是中国城市可持续发展中不得不考虑的问题。论文首先测度了中国城市2008年全球金融危机以来的韧性特征,对不同时期不同城市的经济韧性做了横向和纵向比较分析。其次,采用地理探测器方法识别出影响中国城市经济韧性的因子,对不同影响因子的解释力做了排序。最后,采用空间面板回归对各个影响因素的作用方向和作用强度做了探讨分析。在此基础上,提出提升中国城市经济韧性的政策建议。
The global financial crisis in 2008 had a great impact on China’s economy.Some cities suffered a lot in the crisis and then they were depressed,while others rebounded in reverse,showing a trend of resilient growth.So what factors affect the economic resilience of different cities,and how to enlarge the advantages of China’s strong economic resilience and strong potential are the issues that have to be considered in the sustainable development of Chinese cities.This paper firstly measures the resilience characteristics of Chinese cities since the global economic crisis in 2008,and makes a horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the economic resilience of different cities in different periods.Secondly,the factors that affect the economic resilience of Chinese cities are identified by using the method of geographical detector,and the explanatory power of different factors is ranked.Finally,the spatial panel regression is used to analyze the direction and intensity of each influencing factor.On this basis,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the resilience of China’s urban economy.
