摘要 非创伤性股骨头坏死是骨科常见疾病,发病率高,危害大,可造成残疾等严重后果。目前有研究认为,脂质代谢异常可能是引起非创伤性股骨头坏死的危险因素。本文就脂质代谢相关生物学指标与非创伤性股骨头坏死的相关性研究进展进行综述,同时指出后续研究的可能切入点,为进一步研究非创伤性股骨头坏死提供思路。
