摘要
本文在对冶金工业中使用的高压气水罐进行定期检验时,发现该设备深环焊缝的外层板部位多处产生裂纹。经分析该类压力容器为多层包扎结构,因该结构的特殊性质,在制造过程中,常因制造工艺、结构及焊接接头类型等因素造成误差,导致应力分布不均匀。且焊接工艺不规范、在使用中因环境原因承受疲劳载荷等因素,均会促使裂纹产生。
The high-pressure gas water tank used in the metallurgical industry has been found to have cracks in the outer plate of the deep girth weld of the equipment during the regular inspection.The pressure vessel is a multi-layer bandaging structure.Due to special structural reasons,in the manufacturing process,due to the manufacturing process structure and welding joint type error caused by uneven profit distribution;Welding process discipline implementation is not in place easy to produce defects;Environmental factors,fatigue load in use and other reasons to promote the generation of cracks.
