平板菌落计数法对食品微生物检验的作用研究

Study on the Effect of Plate Colony Counting Method on Microbial Testing of Food Hygiene

为探讨平板菌落计数法对食品微生物检验的作用,本文遵循分组对照原则进行研究,选择2021年2月—2021年5月我市某食品加工厂提供的120份样品,采用平板菌落计数法对所有样品进行检验。结果显示,在食品卫生微生物检验中,采用平板菌落计数法可以取得较好的检验结果。

To explore the effect of plate colony counting method on microbial examination of food hygiene.According to the principle of group control,the research design was carried out.The time range was from February 2021 to May 2021.The sample was 120 points of food samples provided by a food and processing plant in our city.All samples were tested by plate colony counting method.In the microbiological examination of food hygiene,the plate colony count method can obtain better test results.
