院前即时快速血糖检测对颅脑外伤患者预后评估的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Pre-hospital Immediate Rapid Blood Glucose Test on Prognosis Evaluation in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma

选取2019年1—12月期间我院收治颅脑外伤患者86例作为研究对象,将其分为两组,院前快检组行院前即时快速血糖检测,入院生化组行血糖生化检测,并将检测结果做了比较,结果表明,院前快检组预后评估准确度86.05%,高于入院生化组预后评估准确度72.09%(P<0.05),指出颅脑外伤患者行院前即时快速血糖检测,在患者预后评估中能发挥重要作用。

From January 2019 to December 2019,86 patients with traumatic brain injury in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups,the pre-hospital rapid examination group performed immediate pre-hospital rapid blood glucose testing,and the hospitalized biochemical group performed blood glucose biochemistry,the results were tested and compared,the results showed that the prognostic evaluation accuracy of the prehospital rapid examination group was 86.05%,which was higher than that of the admission biochemical group by 72.09%(P<0.05),indicating that patients with craniocerebral trauma were pre-hospitalized Immediate and rapid blood glucose testing can play an important role in the evaluation of patient prognosis.
