富水软土地层地铁区间变形控制注浆技术 被引量:4

摘要 目前,地铁区间盾构掘进面对的地质情况越来越复杂。笔者以苏州地铁富水软土地层施工为例,分析对比了2种不同注浆工艺的优劣及其适用性。新型单液浆工艺具有良好的保坍效果,流动性、可泵送性效果均较好,可减少注浆过程中的堵塞情况,适用于长距离输送要求;新型单液浆工艺的保水性、抗水分散性均较好,同时具有收缩体积小,控制地表沉降等优势,在苏州地铁2号线施工中取得了良好的应用效果。双液浆工艺具有速凝且早强的功能特点,可快速弥补地层损失控制沉降,另外也具有结实率高、能够节省注浆量等优势,可大大提高盾构掘进速度,故具备更高的施工效益、经济效益;苏州地铁5号线通-星区间左线试点使用双液浆工艺,取得了良好的施工效果及效益。 At present,the shield tunneling of subway construction faces more and more complicated geological conditions.Taken a subway construction in water-rich soft soil in Suzhou as an example,two different grouting processes(new single slurry grouting process,double slurry grouting process)and their applicability have been analyzed.The new single slurry grouting process can reduce pipe,blockage during the grouting and is suitable for long-distance transportation because of its’better effects of collapse protection,fluidity and pumpability.In addition,it has better water retention and water resistance dispersion.Its’small shrinkage volume can effectively control the surface settlement.Its’excellent effect had been achieved in construction of Suzhou subway Line 2.The double slurry grouting process has the characteristics of quick setting and early strength which can control settlement by quickly making up for formation loss.At the same time,it also has the advantages of high seed setting rate,saving grouting amount and so on,which can greatly improve the driving speed of shield tunneling,so it has higher construction and economic benefits.The left line of Suzhou subway Line 5 has been achieved excellent effect and high benefits by applying double slurry grouting process.
