摘要
为解决工程项目管理中的人员管理模式简单粗放与管理效率低下、信息化水平低等问题,笔者依托北京地铁19号线一期工程新宫车辆段项目,采用“BIM+物联网”的信息化与大数据技术手段,对项目管理中突出的人员信息集成技术进行讨论。在探讨政策背景、管理现状及研究意义的基础上,通过“BIM+物联网”的软硬件技术,以图、文、表的形式阐述人员信息集成的实现方法,分析“BIM+物联网”技术形成的数据,提出人员管理方案及合理化建议。
There are personnel management problems,which are simple and extensive,low management efficiency and low informatization level in engineering management.In order to solve the problems,based on the Xingong depot t of phase I project of Beijing Metro Line 19,the information and big data technology of BIM+Internet of Things(IOT)are adopted to discuss the prominent personnel information integration technology in project management.The policy background,management status and study significance are discussed.Through technology of BIM+IOT,the integration method are described in the forms of figure,text and table,the data are analyzed.The personnel management scheme and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
