摘要
聚合酶链式反应分析仪(PCR仪)温场变化速度大,升降温速率较快,用于PCR仪温场测量的测温探头需要具备良好的动态响应特性。本文对不同元件、不同封装材料的测温探头进行了动态响应时间测试,结果表明,应优选热敏电阻作为PCR仪测温探头核心元件,并采用紫铜镀金作为探头封装外壳。合理的元件及封装材料选择能够缩短传感器探头的响应时间,提高快速、动态、变化温场的温度测量准确性。
The temperature field of polymerase chain reaction analyzer(PCR)changes quickly,and the rate of rise and drop is fast.The temperature probe used for the PCR temperature field measurement needs to have good dynam-ic response characteristics.In this paper,the dynamic response time of the temperature measuring probes with dif-ferent components and different packaging materials is tested.The results show that the thermistor should be selected as the core element of the temperature measuring probes of THE PCR instrument,and the copper plating is used as the encapsulation shell of the probes.Reasonable selection of components and packaging materials can shorten the response time of the sensor probe and improve the accuracy of temperature measurement with fast,dynamic and changing temperature field.
