摘要
实验室用纯水机是采用预处理、反渗透技术、超纯化处理以及后级处理等步骤,将水中的导电介质几乎完全去除的水处理设备,其因为多数采用一体化设计,且电导率/电阻率探头不易拆卸,因此无法用常规方法对电导率/电阻率值进行校准。本文介绍了一种比对实验方法,对实验室用纯水机电导率/电阻率值进行计量,并采用称量法,对仪器流量进行计量,为广大科技工作者提供了参考。
Laboratory water purification machine is a kind of water treatment equipment,which uses pretreatment,reverse osmosis technology,super-purification treatment and post-treatment to remove the conductive medium in water almost completely,because most of them are of integrated design,the conductivity/resistivity probe is not easy to disassemble and can not be calibrated by conventional methods,in this paper,a method of comparison ex-periment is introduced,which is used to measure the conductivity/resistivity of pure water machine in laboratory and to measure the flow of instrument by weighing method,the experimental method provides the reference for the general scientific and technological workers.
