摘要
针对涡旋型线测量误差大、时间长的现象,基于圆柱坐标系提出了3种涡旋体侧面轮廓测量方案。由测头在测量过程中与涡旋体轮廓的相对位置,分析各方案的测量接触角状态,得到测量头全程沿型线法线方向,完成涡旋体整体轮廓测量的方案,为涡旋型线测量提供了一定的理论基础和应用参考。
In view of the phenomenon of large error and long time in the measurement of scroll profile,three measurement schemes of scroll profile are proposed based on cylindrical coordinate system.Through the relative position of probe and scroll contour in the measurement process,the measurement contact angle status of each scheme is analyzed,and the scheme of measuring the whole contour of the scroll body along the normal direction is obtained.The scheme provides a certain theoretical basis and application reference for the measurement of scroll profile.
