摘要
按照JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,对工作在(0~419.527)℃温区的一等标准铂电阻温度计检定结果的不确定度进行评定。包括电测设备引入的标准不确定度分量、标准铂电阻温度计在水三相点、锌凝固点、锡凝固点处阻值的标准不确定度分量,并最终计算电阻比的合成标准不确定度。
According to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Meas-urement",the uncertainty in the verification result of Grade I standard platinum resistance thermometer ranging-from 0℃ to419.527℃ was evaluated,The standard uncertainty component introduced by electric measuring equip-ment,the standard uncertainty component of resistance value of standard plat inum resistance thermometer at thewater triple point,the freezing point of zinc and the freezing point of tin was calculated,as well as the syntheticstandard uncertainty of resistance ratio.
