摘要
介绍齐鲁炼油厂在调和RMG180低硫重质船用燃料油过程中,持续优化降低了低硫船燃中加氢渣油占比,提高了催化油浆、回炼油及催化柴油的占比,对渣油加氢装置实施了一系列优化措施。提高了渣油加氢胜利渣油掺入量,确保了低硫重质船燃的出厂量,所产RMG180低硫重质船用燃料油指标达到了中国石化集团公司内控指标要求。同时满足了后序催化裂化装置的原料需求,开拓了低附加值催化柴油的出厂渠道,提升了公司的整体效益。
In blending of RMG180 low sulfur heavy marine fuel oil,the blend usage ratio of hydtreated residue oil was gradually optimized and decreased,the blend usage ratio of catalytic slurry,recycle oil and catalytic diesel was increased.A series of optimization measures were made in the residue oil hydrogenation,mixing amount of the Shengli residue oil was raised,and the output of low sulfur heavy marine fuel oil was ensured.The indicators of RMG180 met the requirements of SINOPEC′s internal control indicators.At the same time,feedstock demand of the subsequent catalytic cracking unit was met,delivery way of the low value-added catalytic diesel oil was extended,the overall benefit of company was increased.
