煤焦制氢装置协同处置有机物料技术

摘要 在镇海炼化煤焦制氢装置上将有机物料与原料煤、水煤浆按照一定比例混配后,对煤浆的性能进行研究,通过加入适量添加剂,制备出合格水煤浆;利用四通道气流床气化炉协同处置,生产出煤化工产品有效气(CO+H_(2)),对有机物料实现了资源化综合利用,在保护环境的同时,也获得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。 After mixing organic materials with raw coal and coal water slurry by a certain proportion,the performance of coal slurry was studied,and qualified coal water slurry was prepared by adding appropriate amount of additives.The four channel entrained flow gasifier was used to produce effective gas(CO and H_(2))of coal chemical products,the resource comprehensive utilization of the organic materials was realized,and good economic and social benefits were obtained while the environment is protected.
