文章总结了炼化企业焦化装置密闭除焦项目中的关键设备隔断门系统的施工过程、施工难点以及针对使用过程中发现的问题进行的对应技术改造,特别是对影响设备长周期平稳运行的隐患进行了前期预防和改造。从施工阶段即从根本上避免了将来使用过程中会发生的故障,对指导后续同类型密闭除焦项目施工、避免重复出现类似问题,起到指导借鉴的意义。

Construction course and difficulties of the key equipment partition door system used in airtight decoking project of the coking unit in a refining and chemical enterprise were summarized,the corresponding technical reform for the problems in usage was also summarized.Aimed at hidden danger influencing long term and stable operation of the device,preliminary prevention and reform was executed,the future possible fault in usage was prevented fundamentally from the construction stage,which provided guidance and reference for the construction of subsequent same type of airtight decoking project,and similar problems could be avoided.
