摘要 建立质量保障体系是教师教育质量保障的前提和基础。美国教育者培养认证委员会将“质量保障与持续改进”作为教师教育认证标准的重要内容,并构建起以多方面评价、多手段评价为特征的质量保障系统,以及以培养目标、相关标准、评价数据为证据,利益相关者充分参与的持续改进系统。新时期,教师教育质量的提升关键在于完善教师教育机构质量保障体系并保持持续改进,关注评估的过程性、发展性,内部质量控制,以及质量保障的证据。 The establishment of a quality assurance system is the premise and basis for the quality assurance of teacher education.Regarding“quality assurance and continuous improvement”as the important content of teacher education accreditation standard,CAEP constructs a quality assurance system featuring multi-aspect and multi-means evaluation and builds up a system of continuous improvement,supported by training objectives,relevant criteria,evaluation data,with full stakeholder involvement.In the new era,the key to improving the quality of teacher education lies in perfecting the quality assurance system of teacher education institutions and maintaining continuous improvement,and paying attention to the process,development,internal quality control of the accreditation and evidence of the quality assurance.
