摘要
地方高校的扩容吸引了众多青年教师的加盟,青年教师已经成为地方高校人才队伍的主力军,但他们的教学能力需要培养和历练,才能适应高等教育现代化的要求。教学竞赛是提高青年教师教学能力和培养青年教学骨干的有效途径,也是促进他们学术进步的好办法。同时教学竞赛能促进形成相互学习和交流的空间,为构建地方高校青年教师教学共同体创造条件,有利于青年教师转换教学范式,共享教育资源,形成一个和谐的生态化培养体系。
Local universities absorb many young teachers in their expansion,who are becoming the main teaching force on the one hand and are in urgent need for further improvement in their teaching ability on the other hand.Teaching contests are conducive to the development of young teachers in both teaching and academic research.In the meantime,the contests will promote the mutual learning and exchange between young teachers,update their teaching modes,and help realize the sharing of teaching resources,which will lay a foundation for the construction of a teaching community and help build up a harmonious ecological teacher training system.
