黑参煎剂对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者侧支循环及血管内皮生长因子的影响

Effects of black ginseng decoction on collateral circulation and vascular endothelial cell growth factor in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans

目的:观察黑参煎剂对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者侧支循环及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的86例ASO患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予贝前列素钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予黑参煎剂治疗,比较两组治疗前后侧支循环指标[踝肱指数(ABI)、趾肱指数(TBI)、经皮氧分压(TcPO_(2))]水平、VEGF水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组ABI、TBI和TcPO_(2)水平均高于对照组,VEGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黑参煎剂联合贝前列素钠片治疗ASO患者可改善侧支循环状况,降低VEGF水平,效果优于单用贝前列素钠片治疗,且安全性良好。

Objective:To investigate effects of black ginseng decoction on collateral circulation and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Methods:86 ASO patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Beraprost sodium tablets,while the observation group was treated with black ginseng decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The levels of collateral circulation indexes[ankle brachial index(ABI),toe brachial index(TBI),transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen(TcPO_(2))],the VEGF level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of ABI,TBI and TcPO_(2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the VEGF level was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Black ginseng decoction combined with Beraprost sodium tablets can improve the collateral circulation and reduce the VEGF levels in the patients with ASO with good safety.Moreover,it is superior to single Beraprost sodium tablets.
