256排螺旋CT联合EBUS-GS-TBLB在孤立性肺结节诊断中的效能

摘要 目的:探讨256排螺旋CT联合支气管超声下经引导鞘管肺活检术(EBUS-GS-TBLB)在孤立性肺结节诊断中的效能。方法:选取80例孤立性结节患者进行前瞻性研究,所有患者均接受256排螺旋CT和EBUS-GS-TBLB,比较256排螺旋CT联合EBUSGS-TBLB检查与单项检查在孤立性肺结节诊断中的效能。结果:256排螺旋CT联合EBUS-GS-TBLB在孤立性肺结节诊断中的敏感度和准确度均高于两者单项检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:256排螺旋CT联合EBUS-GS-TBLB在孤立性肺结节诊断中的敏感度和准确度均高于两者单项检查。
