摘要
采用“以废治废”物化处理+泥层过滤+SBR反硝化深度生物脱氮组合工艺处理铝合金表面阳极氧化废水,工程实践效果良好,出水达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)中表2的排放要求且工艺流程短、操作简单、投资少、运行费用低。
Based on the principle of"treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another",the combined process of physico-chemical treatment+sludge layer filtration+SBR denitrification and advanced biological denitrification was used to treat anodic oxidation wastewater on aluminum alloy surface.It has achieved good results in engineering practice,and the effluent can meet the discharge requirements of Table 2 of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900-2008).Meanwhile,the technological process is short and simple,and its investment and operating cost are low.
