Connotations and Paths of the High-quality Development of Public Cultural Services during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

“十四五”时期我国进入新发展阶段,在新的历史起点上,公共文化服务面临新发展形势,推动公共文化服务体系迈向更广空间、更深层次、更高水平的高质量发展目标和路径变得更加明确。在此背景下,文章分析“十四五”时期公共文化服务高质量发展的五大新内涵,探讨需要处理好的四大关系,提出进一步完善公共文化服务体系的发展路径。

As China enters a new stage of development in the 14th Five-Year Plan Period,it is sure that public cultural services would face new situations,and the high-quality development of public cultural services should step towards a broader,deeper and higher level.Thus,this paper analyzes five new connotations of the high quality development of public cultural services in the 14th Five-Year Plan Period,discusses four kinds of relationships which should be handled carefully,and puts forward some paths to further improve the public cultural service system.
