摘要
目的:为寻找具有预防和治疗心脑血管疾病的丹皮酚衍生物,合成了丹皮酚烟酸偶联物.方法:利用拼合原理,以不同碳数的烷烃链为连接臂,将具有降血脂作用的丹皮酚乙酸与降血脂药物烟酸偶联,得到相应的丹皮酚烟酸偶联物(4a、4b).结果和结论:目标化合物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱确证.
Objective:Paeonol nicotinic acid conjugates were synthesized in order to find paeonol derivatives which can prevent and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Method:The Paeonol nicotinic acid conjugates(4 a,4 b)were obtained by coupling paeonol acetic acid with nicotinic acid,a lipid-lowering drug,with different carbon number alkanes as the connecting arm.Results and conclusion:The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR,^(1)H-NMR and MS.
