关节镜下单针单线outside-in-out边缘稳定术治疗中青年外侧半月板边缘撕裂的疗效观察

The observation of clinical effect of single-needle single-line outside-in-out edge stabilization under arthroscopy for the treatment of lateral meniscus edge tears in young and middle-aged people

目的探讨关节镜下单针单线outide-in-out边缘稳定术治疗中青年外侧半月板边缘撕裂的疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年6月30例膝关节外侧半月板边缘撕裂的中青年忠者的临床资料。均采用关节镜下单针单线outside-in-out边缘稳定术治疗,采用Lysholm评分、HSS评分评价患者术前、术后6个月膝关节功能恢复情况,采用MRI影像评价手术疗效。结果30例切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无手术并发症,术后随访6个月无复发。术前膝关节Lysholm评分(53.56±7.56)分,术后(85.46±9.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术前膝关节.HSS评分(51.84±6.52)分,术后(83.58±8.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。手术前后评分优良率分别为86.67%和90%。21膝复查MRI,16滕完全愈合,5膝部分愈合。结论采用关节镜下单针单线outside-in-out边缘稳定术治疗中青年外侧丰月板边缘撕裂,膝关节活动及关节功能改善明显,获得满意的近期疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of single-needle single-line outside-in-out edge stabilization under arthroscopy for the treatment of lateral meniscus edge tears in young and middle-aged people.Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 middle-aged and young patients with lateral meniscus edge tear of the knee joint from the Department of Arthritis,Fuyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Hospital,Hangzhou City,from January 2019 to June 2020,included 22 males and 8 females.The age ranged from 25 to 45 years old,with an average of 35.42±2.65 years old.Arthroscopic single-needle single-line outside-in-out edge stabilization was used for treatment.Lysholm score and HSS score were used to evaluate the knee function recovery of patients before and 6 months after the operation,and MRI images were used to evaluate the efficacy of the operation.Results All incisions in 30 cases healed by first intention without surgery-related complications.There was no recurrence in the 6-month follow-up.The preoperative Lysholm score of the knee joint was 53.56±7.56 points,the postoperative score was 85.46+9.48 points(P<0.01),the preoperative knee HSS score was 51.84±6.52 points,and the postoperative score was 83.58±8.87 points(P<0.01),the excellent and good rates were 86.67%and 90%respectively.21 knees were reviewed by MRI,16 knees were completely healed,and 5 knees were partially healed.Conclusion The use of arthroscopic single-needle single-line outside-in-out edge stabilization for the treatment of lateral meniscus edge tears in young and middle-aged patients can significantly improve knee joint mobility and joint function,and obtain satisfactory short-term results.
