经颅磁刺激联合药物治疗中晚期帕金森病运动功能和吞咽困难的疗效

目的探讨经颅磁刺激对中晚期帕金森病(PD)运动功能和吞咽困难的疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2020年3月中晚期PD患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组予药物治疗,观察组采用药物治疗联合经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组患者吞咽状况、运动功能评分„结果治疗前两组患者VFSS、SSA、sEMG吞咽时程、sEMG最大振幅比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者运动功能评分均下降,且观察组在干预30天后运动功能UPDRS均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激治疗中晚期PD患者,可改善患者运动功能及吞咽困难,治疗效果满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with drugs on the motor function and dysphagia of advanced Parkinson's disease.Methods Eighty patients with advanced Parkinson's disease who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group and a research group by the envelope method.Drug treatment in the control group and transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with drug treatment in the study group.Compare the swallowing status of the two groups of patients,the motor function score of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results There were no comparable differences in the VFSS,SSA,sEMG swallowing time,and sEMG maximum amplitude between the two groups of patients before treatment intervention(P>0.05);UPDRSII and UPDRSIII scores were not statistically different between the two groups before treatment intervention(P>0.05).After treatment intervention,the motor function scores of both groups decreased,and the study group had motor function after the end of treatment and 30 days after intervention UPDRS was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment of patients with advanced Parkinson's disease can improve motor function and dysphagia.It can be considered popularized.
