中西医结合护理慢性肾功能衰竭患者的有效性分析

目的系统评价中西医结合护理慢性肾功能衰竭患者的有效性。方法计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、PubMed和Embase數据库,搜集中西医结合护理和西医常规护理慢性肾功能褒竭的随机对照试验,检索时限从2015年3月31日至2020年6月30日。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan5.4软件进行分析。结果共34个研究,纳入惠者2772例,其中试验组1386例,对照组1386例。Meta分析结果显示,中西医结合护理组临床有效率[OR=4.57,95%CI(3.12.6.69),P<0.001]、血尿素氨值(BUN)[MD=-4.75,95%C1(-5.77.-3.73),P<0.001]、血肌酐值(Scr)[MD=-58.48.95%CI(-76.52.-40.44),P<0.001]、并发症发生率[OR=0.30,95%CI(0.16.0.57).P<0.001]、患者满意度[OR=5.05.95%CI(3.34,7.63).P<0.001]、焦虑状态评分.[MD=-6.80,95%CI(-11.5.-2.05).P=0.005]、抑郁状态评分[MD=-6.74.95%CI(-10.5,-2.93),P=0.0005]、睡眠质量评分[MD=-0.41,95%CI(-0.47.-0.35),P<0.001]均优于西医常规护理组。结论中西医结合护理较西医常规护理在提高患者临床疗效以及生活质量,减少并发症发生更明显。

Objective To systematically evaluate the eSectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in nursing patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Computer retrieval of CNKI,WanFang Data,PubMed and Embase databases were conducted to collect randomized controlled trials of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing and conventional western medicine nursing comparison in chronic renal failure.The retrieval time was from March 31,2015 to June 30,2020.After two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the bias risk of the included study,RevMan 5.4 software was used for analysis.Results A total of 34 studies were included,including 2772 patients,includingl386 patients in the experimental group and 1386 patients in the control group.Meta analysis results showed that cEnical efficiency[OR=4..57,95%CI(3.12,6.69),P<0.00001],blood urea nitrogen(BUN)[MD=4.75,95%CI(5.77,3.73),P<0.001],serum creatinine(Scr)[MD=58.48,95%CI(-76.52,-40.44),P<0.001],incidence of complications[OR=0.30,95%CI(0.16,0.57),P<0.001],patient satisfaction[OR=5.05,95%CI(3.34,7.63),P<0.001],anxiety score[MD=-6.80,95%CI(-11.55,2.05),P=0.005],depression score[MD=6.74,95%CI(10.55,2.93),P=0.0005],the sleep quality score[MD=0.41,95%CI(0.47,0.35),P<0.001]were superior to the conventional western medicine nursing group.Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing are more advantageous than conventional western medicine nursing in improving clinical efficacy,quality oflife and reducing complications.
