成人脉络丛乳头状瘤的影像特点分析

目的探讨脉络丛乳头状瘤(CPP)的影像特征。以提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析2008年5月至2020年10月神經外科住院手术并经病理证实的29例脉络丛乳头状瘤悲者的影像资料,比较脉络丛乳头状瘤(CPP)与不典型脉络丛乳头状瘤(ACPP)特征。结果成人CPP好发于四脑室,CT上钙化常见,MR-T1上多呈低信号,T2上多呈高信号,血管流空偶见,增强后强化多明显,肿瘤对脉络丛组织无明显推挤现象,脑积水常见,肿瘤形状多无特异性。瘤周水肿在ACPP中常见,与CPP比较,差异有统计学意义。结论综合CPP的影像学特征,可提高CPP的术前诊断水平。

Objective To summarize the imaging features of choroid plexus pilloma(CPP)and improve the diagnostic level.Methods The imaging da of 29 patients with choroid plexus paillona confirmed by pathology in the Department of Neurosurgery,the Second Afiliated Hospital of Medical College of Zhejiang Univesity from May 2008 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the ifrences between CPP and aypical choroid plexus pilloma(ACPP)were compared.Results CPP occurred in the fourth ventricle in adults,calcification was common on CT。low signal on mr tI,high signal on T2,vascular void ocasinally,enhancement was obvious after enhancement,tumor had no obvious pushing phenomenon on choroid plexus,lhydrocephalus was common,tumor shape had no specificity.Peritumoral edema was common in ACPP,and was staistically dfferent from CPP.Conclusion The imaging features of CPP can improve the preoperative diagnosis of CPP.
