钢锭中缩孔与缩松缺陷的研究现状及进展 被引量:5

摘要 近几十年来,研究者对钢锭铸造过程中缩松和缩孔缺陷进行了预测和控制研究。阐述了钢锭中缩松和缩孔缺陷分布形式和形成机理,总结了多种预测缩松、缩孔分布的判据,介绍了缩松、缩孔缺陷的控制措施。对钢锭缩松、缩孔形成判据的发展进行了展望,并对缩松、缩孔缺陷的控制难题进行了归纳。 In recent decades,the prediction and control of shrinkage porosity and cavity defects in ingot were investigated.The distribution forms and formation mechanism of shrinkage porosity and cavity defects in steel ingot were expounded.Various criteria to predict the distribution of shrinkage porosity and cavity was summarized in detail,and the control measures were introduced.The development of the criterion of shrinkage porosity and cavity in ingot casting was prospected,and the issues of controlling shrinkage porosity and cavity defects were concluded.
