弥散强化6XXX铝合金热变形行为研究 被引量:2

Hot Deformation Behavior of Dispersion Strengthened 6XXX Al Alloy

摘要 对均匀化态含Mn/Cr弥散强化6XXX铝合金(WQ合金)在不同变形温度和应变速率下进行轴向热压缩试验。应用双曲正弦本构方程求得合金材料参数和激活能;基于动态材料模型获得变形合金热加工图;根据热加工图确定安全加工窗口,优化变形参数;WQ合金安全加工区域动态软化机制主要为动态回复,亚晶旋转和(亚)晶界迁移受阻于α弥散相;加工失稳区微观组织存在裂纹,主要与微孔形成和第二相开裂、脱相有关。 The hot deformation behaviors of homogenized Mn/Cr-containing aluminum alloys denoted as WQ were investigated systematically by uniaxial compression tests at various deformation temperature and strain rates. The hyperbolic-sine constitutive equation was employed to determine the parameters and activation energies of materials. Based on dynamic material model, the processing maps of WQ alloys were also constructed to reveal safe processing domain and optimize deformation parameters. Attributed to pinning effect of α-Al(MnCr)Si dispersoids, sub-grain rotation and sub-grain boundaries migration are suppressed. Hence, the softening mechanism in WQ alloy is dominated by dynamic recovery at safe processing domain. Cracks are observed in the microstructure of the machining instability zone, which is related to micro void formation, cracks and debonding of the second phase.
