冷却速率和保温时间对42CrMo离心铸造环坯高温性能的影响

Effects of Cooling Rate and Holding Time on High Temperature Mechanical Properties of 42CrMo Ring Blank by Centrifugal Casting

摘要 针对环件铸辗连续成形高温出模环坯表面及边角易裂缺陷出现的原因,采用Gleeble-3500进行高温拉伸,研究高温出模立式离心铸造42CrMo环坯在不同冷却速率和保温时间下的力学性能。结果表明,冷却速率(1℃/s)和保温时间对材料强度影响较小,对塑性影响较大。在1000℃以下缓慢冷却,塑性提高较多,在1200℃时冷却,塑性有较大降低;快速冷却(10℃/s)则相反,1200℃时塑性提高明显。 In view of the causes of cracking on the surface and edges of high temperature ring blank in the mold ring blank casting-rolling continuous forming,the mechanical properties of 42 CrMo ring blank by vertical centrifugal casting were investigated at high temperature under different cooling rates and holding time by Geeble-3500 thermal test simulator.The results indicate that the cooling rate and holding time have less influence on the strength of the material,yet more on the plasticity.The plasticity of the material is increased with slowly cooling below 1000℃,while decreased greatly at 1200℃.Rapid cooling has the contrary law that plastic is increased significantly at 1200℃.
