摘要
采用差压铸造来制备大型复杂ZM5镁合金壳体铸件,利用MAGMA软件对铸件进行了温度场模拟。为了解决铸件的冶金质量问题,提出通过对差压铸造时升液管上部砂型采用半球设计,可增加从升液管进入的金属液与型腔的接触面积,进而增加受热面积,可减少金属液对型砂的热冲击,进而改善由于长时间热冲击带来的卷砂问题,从而获得优质铸件。
The MAGMA software was used to simulate the temperature field of large complex ZM5 magnesium housing preapred by differential pressure casting.In order to solve the problem of casting metallurgical quality,hemisphere design in upper mold of lift pipe was designed to increase contact area between the metal liquid and the cavity during differential casting.Liquid metal can reduce the thermal shock of molding sand,which greatly reduce the volume of rolled sand for a long time,so the high quality castings can be obtained.
