摘要
基于流量计主体铸件结构,设计两种压铸浇注系统,采用ProCAST软件进行数值模拟。通过分析充型过程,凝固过程及产生的缩孔缺陷的位置和原因,选择一种较优的浇注系统并通过增加冷却水管方式进行工艺优化。结果显示,工艺优化后铸件缩孔缺陷减少,采用优化工艺进行实际生产,铸件表面无冷隔、裂纹等缺陷,满足要求。
Based on the casting structure,two casting systems were designed and simulated by ProCAST software.The filling process,solidification process and the reason and location of shrinkage were analyzed,then a optimized gating system was presented and the die casting process was optimized by adding cooling system.The result show that the defect of shrinkage is decreased obviously with optimized casting process.The actual product was produced with absence of cold shut or crack in the casting surface,meeting requirement.
