摘要
双元制大学的特点体现于至少有三方参与的合作结构以及不同学习场所和不同学习内容之间的相互结合.在简要阐述了对高校办学质量的理解和这样的理解对质量管理产生的影响之后,介绍了双元制本科教育的模式以及其如何满足强化学习项目每年需达到70个欧洲学分(ECTS)的要求.概述了质量管理的工具之后重点剖析了确保实践教学融入人才培养的工具.这些工具包括对双元制合作伙伴的选择及与其的合作、大学和企业两个学习场所的教学在课程设置中的相互结合、对实践学习的评估以及对其的监管和质量调控.最后展示了一个典型的质量循环.
Cooperative education is characterized by a unique cooperation between at least three parties and a closely interdependent setup of various learning venues and course contents.After a brief introduction of the university's understanding of quality and its implications for quality management,the cooperative bachelor,s study model and how it fulfills the requirements for concentrated study programs with 70 ECTS per year are presented.Proceeding with an overview of the university's quality assurance tools,the paper focuses on the instruments ensiiring the integration of practical education,which include the cooperation between and selection of cooperative partners,the intertwining of theoretical and practical studies on the level of the curricula and evaluation,monitoring and quality management of the studies at the practical learning site.A typical quality circle is presented as well.
